A Ducky Gorilla is the first segment of the fifth episode of Season 1 of The New Looney Tunes Show, starring Daffy Duck and The Drunk Stork.


Tina Russo is waiting for a baby, despite Daffy Duck's objection, but when The Drunk Stork delivers them a baby gorilla, Daffy gets angry and starts a war with the stork, while Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam are trying to kidnap the baby gorilla.



  • "But Daffy, this shirt isn't for you, it's for our future son" - Tina Russo.
  • "Why I want a baby? I'm too young and too cute to be a father!" - Daffy Duck.
  • "C'mon, Daffy. We're together by a couple of years. It's time to make the big step" - Tina Russo.
  • "Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Duck. You're the parents of a beautiful baby boy" - The Drunk Stork.
  • "This is our son? It seems to be more like a thing that Gruesome Gorilla would have" - Daffy Duck.
  • "Of course you realize this means war" - Daffy Duck.
  • "A gowiwa? This is my wucky day" - Elmer Fudd.
  • "Ahhh, the POLICE!" - Yosemite Sam.
  • "Both of you are under arrest for attemped kidnapping" - Babbit.
  • "(after the Gorilla being delivered to them) How this happened to us?" - Bugs Bunny.


  • The segment's plot mixes characteristics from The Drunk Stork's shorts Stork Naked (Daffy's feud with the Stork), A Mouse Divided (the wrong animal and the others' tentatives to hunt him) and Apes of Wrath (a baby gorilla).
  • Babbit and Catstello appear at the end, as police officers, arresting both Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam.
  • Bugs Bunny and Lola Bunny makes a cameo in the end, when the baby gorilla was returned to The Drunk Stork and delivered to them by mistake.
  • This segment marks the first appearance of Yosemite Sam and The Drunk Stork in the show.
